The
idea of bringing Out Runners
to the Mega Drive is an ambitious
one; some might even say stupid.
But it didn't end too badly - the game is
stripped down to
its bare bones, and presented as a quirky 2-player split-screen
racer.
The end result is an excellent
late release on the MD with
quite a lot of charm. Give
it a try!
